Return and Refund Policy for Mallorca3D

At Mallorca3D, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully for more information.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
    • Some items, such as custom or personalized products, may not be eligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
    • Gift cards and downloadable products are non-returnable.
    • Products that are not in resellable condition (e.g., damaged packaging).

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@mallorca3d.com within 14 days of receiving your product. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You may be asked to return the product to our warehouse or another location.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive the returned item.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Process:
    • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • It may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds:
    • In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the returned item shows signs of use or damage.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will offer an exchange or a full refund. If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, you must first return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • We will provide you with a return shipping label at no cost to you, and once we receive the item, we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement product.

6. Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately at support@mallorca3d.com. We will attempt to process the cancellation if the order has not been processed yet. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.
